Founder & Managing Partner

Efe Cierkowski is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elmina Capital and its related real estate holding and operating entities.

She brings over 20 years of operations & analytics, project management and business consulting experience - for large investment banks and Fortune 500 companies as well as from running her own small business - to her passion in real estate.

Her why behind investing in Philadelphia is two-fold:

She founded Elmina Capital to contribute and offer a solution to the affordable housing crisis in the city. And to redevelop and therefore reduce blighted property. Her goal is to provide high quality and affordably-priced rental properties - along with excellent customer service - to families so they can build community and enjoy where they live.

Raised in Ghana, Efe has an executive MBA (with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Leadership & Change Management) from the NYU Stern School of Business, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Financial Economics & Information Technology degree from Mount Holyoke College, a seven sisters college in Massachusetts.

She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and four children.
